Usage Background

In the actual project, it needs to refer to CAD electronic drawing or blueprint, which can be imported for identification directly. You can take the photo of blueprint and import it to the software if there is no CAD drawing, and then build models based on the drawing to save time.

Operation Steps

1. Import drawing

Step 1: In the drawing toolbar of CAD Drawing, click Picture > Import, and Import Picture window pops up.

Step 2: Select the picture to be imported, click Open and left click to choose the insertion point, then the selected picture is imported into the software.

2. Relocate drawing

Step 1: In the drawing toolbar of CAD Drawing, click Picture > Relocate.

Step 2: Left click to select or drag select a picture, and the border of the selected picture displays in green.

4. Rotate drawing

Step 1: Click Picture > Rotate in the toolbar.

Step 2: Select one picture in the drawing area, and the selected picture displays in green.

Step 3: Select a base point on the selected picture.

Step 4: Select two points, and connect them to the base line for rotation, move the mouse to rotate the picture.

Step 5: Specify a point to determine the rotation angle, or hold press Shift and left click to open Please Input Angle dialog box, enter the rotation angle and then click OK to finish rotating the selected picture.

5. Calibrate degree

Mainly used to adjust inclined electronic drawing, calibrate it for drawing.

Step 1: Click Picture > Calibrate in the toolbar.

Step 2: Select one picture in the drawing area, and the selected picture displays in green.

Step 3: Select two points to determine the rotation line on the selected picture.

Step 4: Select two points to define a base line in the drawing area, and then the rotation line will be calibrated by the base line automatically.

6. Delete drawing

Means to delete.

Step 1: Click Picture > Delete in the toolbar.

Step 2: Select one picture in the drawing area, and Confirm dialog box pops up.

Step 3: click Yes to delete the selected picture.
