1. Add Zone

Background: There is no zone in TRB, It can not deal with cross-floor business.so when importing TAS projects with zones, you need to select a base zone, and then the elevations of the entities in other zones will be converted to absolute elevations. However, it is difficult to edit the entities with absolute elevations flexibly, and you cannot import them by zone.   

To deal with cross-floor business, and realize the data exchange with multiple zones in TAS, we added zone in TRB.

2. Link TBQC

Background: TRB can only link TBQ-Delphi, not TBQ-C.

Enhancement: Support linking TBQ-Delphi and TBQ-C. You can judge links based on account/password and server. All principles on links remain unchanged.

3. Import CADI2 File

Background: To facilitate operations on drawings, the same file format is used to achieve the mutual file exchange and interoperability between TRB and TAS. The CADI format is used to achieve the mutual file exchange between TAS-Delphi and TRB. The CADI2 format newly-added to TAS is not supported by TRB, so the corresponding drawings cannot be used.

Enhancement: Make TRB support CADI2 format. TRB supports both CADI and CADI2, to achieve the mutual exchange and interoperability of drawings between TRB and TAS-Delphi/TAS-C.

4. Model Color

Background: The model colors are not beautiful. The color differences between elements are not clear sometimes. The display effect is not good. It is expected to make the colors more professional and beautiful.

Design model colors again and simplify element colors: reduce saturation, increase transparency, and enhance frame color. 

5. Toolbar

Background: At the bottom of interface, there are module tabs, status bar and snap toolbar, three levels in total. Too many levels cause complicated display. In addition, the snap toolbar, offset toolbar and so on contain multiple interrelated functions, not easy to use.

Enhancement: Merge status bar and snap toolbar to make the interface more concise. Simplify snap toolbar and adjust the layout to make it consistent with TAS-C, so as to bring uniform experiences to users.

6. Save Exchange File

Background: The efficiency of saving projects is low because the exchange file is saved every time you save a project. The exchange files are used only when the interactions between TAS and TRB occur. To improve the efficiency of saving projects, this problem needs to be solved.

Enhancement: The exchange file is not saved when saving projects. Under BIM MODEL, add Export TRB Model to facilitate the model exchange with TAS. To use the old method of saving projects, go to Options to select the corresponding check box.

7. Element Data Brush & Pick Element

Background: When simplifying interface with the ribbon, we removed some functions not frequently-used. But it is found that several functions are helpful for users, so we get them back.

Make Element Data Brush and Pick Element available again.
