Copy Element from Other Floor

Background

If in the current floor, there are same elements as that in other floors, you can copy the elements defined in other floors to the current floor. 

Procedure

1. Click Copy > From Other Floor, and then the following window appears.

2. Select the source floor, select the check boxes for elements that you wanto to copy, and then click OK.

Note

1. To overwrite the elements of the same type in the current floor, select theOverwrite same-type same-name elements check box. To create a new element with -n (n begins with 1) added to the name, clear the check box.

2. When there are attached finish elements in room elements, if you copy the room, its attached element will also be copied automatically.

Copy Element to Other Floor

Background

If in other floors, there are same elements as that in the current floor, you can copy the elements defined in the current floor to other floors.

Procedure

1. Click Copy > To Other Floor, and the following window appears.

2. Select the element names and target floors that you want to copy.

3. Click OK.

2. When there are attached finish elements in room elements, if you copy the room, its attached element will also be copied automatically.
